These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kno.today and your purchase of products from Lumn A3MR Pvt Ltd (“KNO”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using kno.today, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

6.2 Eligibility

By using kno.today, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Pakistani law

• You are purchasing products for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing

• The information you provide during registration or checkout is accurate, current, and complete

6.3 Products & Descriptions

KNO makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, ingredient information, and images on kno.today are accurate. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual product appearance may vary slightly

• KNO reserves the right to modify product formulations, packaging, or specifications at any time

• All products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

• Supplement claims are made in compliance with DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) guidelines.

Claims use language such as ‘supports’, ‘promotes’, and ‘optimises’ — not ‘treats’ or ‘cures’

6.4 Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on kno.today constitutes an offer to purchase a product. An order is accepted when:

• You receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message from KNO

• Payment has been successfully processed (for prepaid orders), or

• The COD order has been confirmed and dispatched

KNO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

6.5 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

• Prices may change at any time without notice

• The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price for that transaction

• KNO accepts payment via credit / debit card (via PayPak), JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery as detailed in our Payment Policy

• COD orders are subject to an additional PKR 100 service fee, disclosed at checkout

6.6 Subscriptions

KNO may offer subscription-based purchasing for recurring product delivery:

• By subscribing, you authorise KNO to automatically charge your payment method or generate a COD order on the agreed cycle

• Subscription price may differ from single-order price — the price applicable at time of subscription sign-up will be honored until a pricing change notice is provided

• You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting support, with at least 48 hours’ notice before the next renewal

6.7 Intellectual Property

All content on kno.today — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product names, packaging designs, graphic elements, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Lumn A3MR Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission

• Use the KNO brand name, logo, or wordmark in any manner without prior authorisation

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from kno.today

6.8 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use kno.today for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website’s operation

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems

• Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools without prior written consent

6.9 Disclaimer of Warranties

kno.today is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. KNO makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. KNO does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

6.10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, KNO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of kno.today or purchase of our products. KNO’s total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in that specific transaction.

6.11 Health Disclaimer

KNO products are food supplements intended to support general wellness. They are not a substitute for a balanced diet, regular exercise, or medical treatment. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or are on prescription medication, consult your physician before using KNO products. KNO does not provide medical advice.

kno.today may contain links to third-party websites or services. KNO is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party website. Accessing linked websites is at your own risk.

6.13 Amendments to Terms

KNO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to kno.today with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

6.14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of kno.today shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

Applicable legislation includes but is not limited to:

• The Contract Act 1872

• Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002 (ETO 2002)

• Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA 2016)

• Consumer Protection Act (applicable provincial legislation)

• DRAP Act 2012 (for supplement product claims)
